I recommend looking at the Shell32 example in com/sun/jna/examples/ win32, and reading the project home page and the JavaDoc overview for details on mapping arguments and return values.

If you're not willing or able to do this, or if "urgent" is a true business requirement, then I'd suggest hiring a professional to do it for you.
