The good news is we now have three R&D sites. The bad news is they are too far away. I can do some of the work by e-mail, but I can't just drive over and train the new users. So I'm looking for suggestions on how to support the remote sites. My plan so far is to provide as much as I can on the intranet and hope for at least one person at each site who can become a Perforce guru. Eventually we will have video conferencing available, but I can't wait that long. Has anyone been through this before? What are the things I'm most likely to forget to do?
