heres the scenario.

Simon sends an email to us (supp...@audioscience.com)

his colleague David is on the notification list of the issue

David receives the email apparently from Simon. (but with the email address changed to supp...@audioscience.com, which David doesnt notice)

David replies to Simon, but his reply goes via supp...@audioscience.com Potentially we get to see something that was meant to be a confidential communication from David to Simon.

SO: We would like to be able to attach a prefix or suffix to the names used in the FROM: field of emails from eventum.

So they would look like eg "Simon (via ASI support)"

How/where could we make this change? I'm not even sure what to search for in the source code of Eventum.
