In general, the e-mail address for any question that starts
with "how can I...?" is:
support at perforce.com
Folks on the perforce-user mailing list have a strong history
of helping one another, but they might be busy with "real jobs"
and unable to help.
So, don't neglect the obvious place to ask for help.
(I'm not avoiding your question: someone already posted
something about 'p4merge.pl'. However, I'd ask the Tech Support
folks about it, since they probably have a standard set of
disclaimers that starts with "this will renumber you changelists"
and includes "if the two servers have any filenames in common,
don't use this tool.")
