Hello, I have this aliases: mailman@: |/usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman post mailman

This is not a valid alias.

mailman-admin@: |/usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman admin mailman mailman-bounces@: |/usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman bounces mailman

Neither are these.

created from a mailman installation. Now the problem is that /usr/local/mailman/mail/mailman is being run as group 'mail' instead of 'mailman'. Is there anyway to make courier run those programs as group 'mailman' ?

Install these scripts in user mailman's home directory, and use the aliases to rewrite list addresses so that they are subaddresses of mailman.

See the dot-courier man page.
