I'm new in gadget-writing, and when I tried to get text from web- site, a spent a lot of time, until I get, that the root of evil is in encoding. Maybe anyone have already solved this problem? By the way, here what give microsoft on this error-code: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/304625 I'm using MS Server 2003.
