Well, I did write it, it just didn't work. :-) Once I figured out that there was no easy way around the "interactive package problem" (which rsaref is), I nuked the code from sysinstall and left it as an add-on.

I'm talking about the code which would repoint the installer at an international site if doing a net-install and choosing crypto, and USA_RESIDENT selected as NO.
