Hi,

After upgrading from version 1.2.2 to 1.3, and since to 1.3.1 hoping that it migth solve my problem, I've lost my issues and my admin rights.

I performed the upgrade as described, and ran the scripts in the right order, yet all my issues has vanished from the list. Worse, is the fact that my admin account apparently got degraded to developer. Checking the database, I can see that all issues are intact, as is my user accounts.
