hi ,

I have an apache web server. It is perfectly running . Web server will online
with some generated result of one perl script that is running in the same
machine . According to the perl script it will update the web scripts. Those
scripts r written by php. what i want to do is , if i browse that page from another machine , if i need (
some special occacions ) to stop that service of the perl , there must be the
possibility to stop that and start as well . Can u help me to develp this perl/linux scripting ........plz
