FC6, fully updated (including openssl-devel-0.9.8b-8.3.fc6 yesterday) rpm upgrade from 0.55.1

Today, I've rebuilt rpm's three times (trashing BUILD before each). Incoming mail results in:

Jun 27 12:43:38 localhost courieresmtpd: courieresmtpd: STARTTLS failed: couriertls: accept: error:1408F10B:SSL routines:SSL3_GET_RECORD:wrong version number

As a workaround, I comment out COURIERTLS in esmtpd.
