Anything else to add?

I am running RH stock sendmail (8.11.6-3), procmail and courier-imap (courier-imap-1.6.1.20021124) on a server. Everything was running fine w/ about 200+ users. Recently another 1000+ users where transfered over and all of a sudden email randomly gets delivered to /var/spool/mail/<username> rather than <users_home_dir>/Maildir/new like it had been before. ( using a global procmail filter )

Has anybody experienced such a problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
