Mike did fix this in OpenDS but I think his I18N proof fix was only applied to 2.0 not 1.2 which is what OpenSSO uses. Am I right Mike?

Which version of OpenDS are you using? As far as I can see the problem comes because there is a problem when keytool is invoked, however Michael modified the code a while ago not to call keytool and to use directly the JDK key store management APIs.

Noticed that OpenDS is logging this exception. OpenDS is failing to generate a self-signed certificate.
