this is the error i get when i compile courier-imap on my solaris 8 box. i found a fix from the FAQ but i wanted to make sure there wasn't a better solution before i tried it.

the fix from FAQ is to add the --with-waitfunc=wait3 option to the configure.

is there a better fix?
