Thank you, SAM Varshavchik for your time and efforts to solve this prblm.

Instead of ldap authentication on Courier-IMAP I used authpam to get user/password from system's /etc/passwd file to meet delivery dateline.

Therefore I couldn't run any of points of correction you have suggested and post the rely promptly.
