I have just posted WD03 of the JEE Specification to the document database.

This is a major editorial cleanup following on from Dave Booz' restructure in WD02.

- I accepted all changes from WD-02 so that all changes shown are my edits - I recast all the diagram into PPT format and I posted a file containing those separately so that anyone can edit them in future - there are a number of comments in the text by myself and Dave, some of which are editorial but some of which are probably issues
