Try to save it from excel in .csv (comma separated values) fomat and use LOAD
DATA commad in mysql to load it into a database.

I am having my database contents in excel with list of names and their email-ids..Is it possible to import the value in Excel to mysql database..Can anyone tell me how to do this..??
