Hello list,

i need some help to setup a cluster cluster replication

if i have 2 clusters with 2 sqlnodes each (connected to cluster / shown by ndb_mgm -e show) and 2 storage nodes and I want to replicate to the second cluster

what has to be defined in each my.cnf to replicate the whole cluster ? IMHO each sqlnode on Cluster-A (in the same nodegroup) holds all cluster information, so the replication should be set for the cluster not for each sqlnode.

i.e.

Cluster-A, sqlnode-A,id=20, my.cnf Cluster-A, sqlnode-A,id=21, my.cnf

should be replicated to

Cluster-B, sqlnode-B,id=20, my.cnf Cluster-B, sqlnode-B,id=21, my.cnf

When will the changes on cluster-A be applied to cluster-B ? How often / how much traffic ?

Thanks for any hints/examples in advance.

Thomas.
