Please can someone advise me urgently. I'm supposed to be learning sketchup over the holidays and when installed on my computer, it is jerky and slow. Any tool selected (pencil, move etc) is jerky and there is a delayed reaction to trying to draw something - in fact, it's nearly impossible to draw.

Is this something to do with my computer system?

I'm running a PowerMac G4, 400 MHz with an 80Gb hard drive and OSX 10.4.8. Sketchup is Version 5. Is it something to do with the graphics card?

If someone could advise me as soon as possible, I'd be grateful. Thanks Sharron
