The Citrix legal team has created an official response to the issue of naming products with the word Xen. The complete response is at http://blog.xen.org/index.php/2008/05/26/xen-trademark-policy-update/. Also, I expect to have the final Xen.org Trademark Policy document ready for final publication shortly; the legal group has been making updates based on the great community feedback. Thanks.
