I'm looking to request historical pricing for Stock Options. But I'm not sure how to even pull up the current options chain for a particular security. Is there a way to do this?

I would also like to be able to request the news items that were associated with a security for a particular date. I'm not seeking intraday information but I would effectively like to request the information that is available when I request a standard quote for a given day in the past.
