Strange behaviour:

An un-authorized replier has his emails blocked.

These emails are put in the internal notes section

Where they can be converted to emails later. 'Til now it's ok.

But what does 'Later' mean ?

Because the user can convert them to emails which will be sent for real,

Without have changed any options or anything meanwhile.

So he's still supposed not to have the right to reply.

more extremely others users, un-authorized repliers as well,

can convert his notes to emails too!
