An additional point to my last posting (below): I am trying to find out, if possible, how you did this feature in 1.4. I much rather use 1.5.4 since 1.4 doesn't send emails whenever notes are posted while 1.5.4 does--a terrific feature.

Thank you very much, in advance, for your help and for the fine job that you do in coping with all of our questions in addition to your job (even when we are painfully insistent. :-) )

Joseph

We are also using version 1.4, and it has an "All Projects" checkbox. It's been very helpful from a project management perspective, especially to know what the different support people are working on. Is there a way to include that feature in the current version? Could you help us out to include such a feature in the Advance Search screen?

Joseph,

I don't see a check box to list all projects in our version of Eventum; I believe it's 1.5.4. The other database that we use, which uses an earlier version, does show the check box. Is there any way to add it?

That's correct. Eventum is a project-based issue tracking system, and it will only display issues associated with the project that you are currently using.

If you want to view issues from other projects, you will need to switch using the drop-down list on the top left of the interface.
