Hi,

With the earlier ATOM 0.3 implementation for Blogger, one could set a publish date for a Blog post to sometime in future and upon publishing, the Blog home page used to show the post, but with the publish date set to the value sent in by the user; i.e. it basically honored the publish date.

However, on doing the same for an old blogger account in the ATOM 1.0 implementation, the publish date is not getting honored. It shows the current date as the publish date. For a Beta Blogger account, this does get honored.

Is this a bug or as per design?
