I've installed eventum ok and am just getting started through the system.
When I try to create a new issue from within the admin console (logged in),
there are no options when I get down to inserting the "Customer" name and
"Contact" names. I can do a "Find Customer" but it either doesn't work or
I'm not sure what it's querying since I never set up customers.
How do you set up / identify customers so that you can insert a new issue
from this console? Without it I don't understand how one could track
phone-reported troubles, nor track where each of these bugs came from. Any
ideas?
