seems your size-64 slab is very high ... could you run slabtop or monitor your slabinfo to see if it's a slab leak and if yes which one is growing out of proportion.

also you can remove HIGHMEM4G and HIGHMEM from your .config, you only got 256M of ram.

This is dom0, and while it only has access to 3G of RAM it is likely that it will be taken over 4G in future. Would that still be correct?
