I added a new sample using this method today, in order to show you how to use the generated code to use the service. http://google-api-adwords-dotnet.googlecode.com/svn/trunk/src/examples/KeywordToolDemo.cs

I tested it with v6 sandbox and it works fine. Let me know how it works for you.
