No, there's no J2ME support on Android. Google specifically manouvered around J2ME so they can be free from Sun's licensing restrictions. It's also why the Dalvik VM is there and not Sun's VM. Dalvik byte-code is different to Sun's, so you can't just drop MidLets onto Android handsets.
