In addition, the directory structure of the archive/ directory, and indeed most of the SDK-* directories, is important. Moving things to randomly-named directories in that structure causes unsatisfactory results and should be avoided.
For those that are interested, I can post a 'tutorial' on mucking about in those directories, but understand that the SPOTManager depends on certain things, in certain places, with certain names. It's important to not confuse it with other things.
