There was some discussion in the last two or three months
of a similar nature on the list. Take a look at the
archives.
I've seen similar problems with poor settings or mismatches
in MRU and MTU on routers and gateways. I think this was
the conclusion of the previous list discussion with respect
to VPNs, as well.

Hello All,
Anyone else had any trouble with P4 and connectivity
using VPN. We've got some folks on
the other side of the ball that are stalling out when they
try to submit some very small
changes. I guess the strange part is that they are able to
succeed with syncing to some
files that are much larger in comparison. Anyone have any
ideas on why this might be
happening. To be honest, I don't think it sounds like a P4
problem, but is more likely
caused by network problems.
Any clues would be helpful. As always, thanks.
