The attached patch adapts Xenlinux/ia64
to build in the new subarch environment.
Note that with one exception only ia64 files
are changed in this patch so it may not need
to go through your usual regression testing.
The exception is drivers/xen/core/gnttab.c for
which I needed to add back a couple of ifdefs
that have been in xen-unstable.hg -sparse for
some time but apparently got lost somewhere in
the "subarch layout tree".
Please apply.
Note, expect one or two more ia64 changes
in Xen before 3.0.1 freeze, please!
