Skill set: Java, HTML, and JavaScript

Need help with Eclipse IDE or Language, and gaining a better understanding of how to manifest a file compared to compiling the file. We are a two person software development team with five years of Java Game Development. Since the Google challenge uses the Android platform we are our biggest challenge is making the transition from the familiar java source packages to new Android packages.
