Hi, Oh -

First, nothing appears if you do it using a browser.

If you'll pop a cmd.exe window (I'd suggest that you navigate inside the cmd.exe window to where you want to put the files before going for the ftp site), and literally use the specified user id with the complete email address and password, you'll get to the ftp site. Then, enter the commands

binary prompt hash

followed by

mget *

you'll have everything.

Then enter

quit

Everything amounts to 409 KBytes.
