I recently downloaded the Windows 95/98/NT/2000 source (ZIP file) for version
3.23.23-beta. From everything I could find, it seems like I should find a
setup.exe file in order to install mysql on my windows machine. I can't find
this file and I'm stuck on just getting it installed. Can you help with this?
