Hi everyone, Before I begin, I would like to let everyone know that I am just starting out with MySQL and I know nothing about it.

I downloaded the drivers and server files for MySQL on a Windows 2000 OS. Now, I have no idea how to set it up correctly. Nor, would I know how to connect to it, or even create a data base.

I was abit used to Access 2000, but the Linux server that is hosting my home page, only supports MySQL data bases. For this reason I need to create a data base on my Windows 2000 computer and transfer it to their server.

If anyone could help me out with getting this stuff setup correctly, I would really appreciate it.
