Probably a temporary error in one of Hotmail's DNS servers.
It's been happening for months for messages from specific hotmail users
(possibly all -- I only track the ones who I know personally and
complain to me), it's definitely not a temporary-resolve issue
(especially since you replied to a similar message like this from me in
2004 and said that the temporary-resolve issue would be fixed). The
issue in 2004 wasn't related to ipv6, though.
