After two weeks, my module is not updated on google server! Is it normal??

Yes it's right. My content has been changed from url to html. The xml file name didn't change. I've just change the content. The html file is still on my server. My html contains links to picture. If I delete a pic on my server, the modification is applied.

2 weeks!! Wow! I should change the xml file name maybe....But my user will not find the new module, so, the decision is not easy to take. Thanks for your answer.

If I understand what you decribed, you have a url type module (referencing an html page) that you switched to an html module (with built-in content), and but after doing this change, the gadget is no longer working. Is this correct?

I have personally never tried a similar switch, but generally speaking, updating the gadget xml content takes a couple of hours to get reflected on iGoogle. Changing meta data takes up to 2 weeks. I am not sure where the gadget type fits in this. Just in case the xml cached and served is still the old url type gadget, do you still have the html file at the original location?
