Call Microsoft, and ask them to fix it.

Maybe sqwebmail could parse irrelevant RFC2047 in MIME parts headers used my Microsoft softwares.

On the opposite, MSOE is unable to read RFC2231, attachments names are displayed as "ATTxxx.ext", but theyre is no hope about this.
