Again, you have /home/vmail... unquoted as a field name, what can never work.

Are you using MYSQL_SELECT_CLAUSE for this? Can you please paste your MYSQL_SELECT_CLAUSE as stated in the config file?

I use something similar and variable substitution works. But only for MYSQL_SELECT_CLAUSE.
