Environment WINDOWS 98 use server Apache ver 1.3.6 (win32) Mysql ver 3.22.34 and PHP3

Order of connections 1- server Apache 2- server Mysql Problem with all pages:

( 3.22.34-shareware-debugHfGq#Uct,ÿBad handshake

if order 1- server Mysql 2- server Apache then problem only with php3 pages:

Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Can't connect to MySQL server on localhost (10061) in c:\apache\htdocs\essai2.php3 on line 36

In this case, mysqlshow does'nt run too.

If only one server in use, there's no problem. Script php3 with no base access run normally, and the command thru console run normally too!
