that, few seconds after submit, will automatically create a new changelist
and open-for-edit all the files of the given submitted changelist.

I have already asked this question from Perforce Support and
according to them this feature will be available in the next release.
Is there a way in Perforce to keep the files open for edit after I
have done the submit. The reason is that one of the developers is
constantly working on the same files but
wants to submit them regularly so that he doesn't loose much development
if his local
machine goes down.
