When a mail have both From: and CC: fileds, one of them is not delivered .. postfix call maildrop for both users, and maildrop status is sent, but only one message is delivered, the other is lost? . There's no way to know wich one will b delivered and wich one will b lost...

Well the mail should be delivered using the 'envelope' address, not based on the contents of the 'headers' within the item itself. So maybe your problems are elsewhere....
