Hi,

Thanks for the mail. It was kind of Alexander and Mark to help me in this. I got it almost working.

Maybe. But you could thange this: learn something about maildrop and start writing "more extensive and simpler" documentation.

Why not. If I am convinced that maildrop is indeed that good or atleast as good as procmai, I would surely love to help.

I want to learn but I get ANGRY when filter (read procmail/maildrop) and email clients (read mutt) get more difficult than the server (read qmail).

If maildrop and mutt frustrate you, why don't you use a simpler mailprogram with GUI and integrated filter functionality? Mutt and maildrop are not easy to

use. Yes that is bad. I personally believe that email clients should be easy to use, so should be filter. I was using kmail happily for momths but now it is screwing my headers and also i found that I had to start X just for checking mails. But I am sure of this from www.mutt.org, ALL email clients sucks. I just wish mutt sucks a little less. Thanks and bye. -Payal

Ciao, Mark
