Hello,

I followed these instructions: http://hibrida.interaksi.web.id/man/qmail/step-dnata.html

to set everything up, then used the following for courier-imap installation.

Everything works great. Webmail, POP3, smtp, IMAP even.

_Except:_ randomly when using (say outlook express) my imap client, the server authentication fails.

It seems that when I restart the authdaemon, it cures the problem, though temporarily.

It also seems to affect only certain users.

Versions:

vpopmail-5.2.1 courier-imap-1.6.1.20021124 daemontools-0.76.tar.gz qmail-1.03 sqwebmail-3.3.0.20020112

I have tried to up the number of daemons running, as well as the maxip option, as I read might help elsewhere.

Any ideas?
