Ces 2 posts sont assez confus. Je vois deux sujets:

CDbl : cette fonction a toujours tenu compte du Locale de l'application quand elle convertit depuis une chaîne de caractères. Rien de nouveau depuis les versions 1.x

Pour le reste, tu fais des conversions implicites multiples. L'appel de la sub f1 donne un message avec 16,5. Il n'y a pas d'arrondi.
