Hi, I am running configure command as follows

./configure --without-db --with-devel --enable-syslog=1 That is "without-db".

but still still exits with gdbmobj error checking whether the C++ compiler (gcc ) works... no configure: error: installation or configuration problem: C++ compiler cannot create executables. configure: error: ./configure failed for gdbmobj
