  My name is Jon Arnold, and I’m hoping some of you out there can help with my
inquiry, which is likely a bit off the norm. Let me quickly explain.

  I’m an independent telecom/tech analyst focused on communications disruption
and innovation. I have a client with a unique mobility service targeted at
global travelers that I think could be a very attractive offering within the
Android ecosystem.

  After reviewing this with Chris Barton at Google, he has steered me to
Android, and here I am. I'm not a developer, and this really isn't a developer
inquiry. I'm really trying to see how I can contact a Developer Advocate like
Jason Chen, as I think that would be the right person to evaluate my inquiry.

  My client has a proven user-pay service that is delivered via mobile, and we
think this is the type of offering that Android or its partners would find of
interest as Google makes its way into the wireless world.

  Any feedback on this would be greatly appreciated, and I’d be happy to provide
