I have been getting many drug spams that have random text in the body of the email and attachments in the form of gif files, drug ads I suppose. Is there a way to drop emails that have attachments when their senders are not in a whitelist?

Mail with attachments have a "Content-Type: multipart/mixed" header.

I'm pretty sure I got one multipart/alternative, with the pictures in the HTML part. I normally don't see the HTML part, which is why I missed the picture at first glance.

Seldom so, so you may ignore it until it becomes a problem.
