Hi Bryan,

Yes, we are creating issues automatically.

No, email address of creating issues and sending email address of the projects are different.

i.e In the Manage email accounts, email address as proj@hostname.com and In the Manage Projects outgoing email address as proj@hostname.com

So could you please tell me what should I do to stop these blank mails?

Thanking you,

Ramanjaneyulu

I assume you are automatically creating issues from emails. Is the email address that creates issues the same as it setup as the sending email address in the project settings? If not I am guessing the auto-creation email address got added to the notification list of an issue and is creating a loop.

In eventum 2.0 we introduced a feature to add members of the to and CC list to the NL of the issue. This normally works without a problem but in some configurations can cause a loop like this.

@localhost being on the notification list is usually a sign of a malformed email address, so I would check that no invalid email addresses are entered in the general setup or project settings of Eventum.

Best Regards, /bryan
