My TR shipped with a double life battery and I've been told by people with TXs that they shipped with a single.
Ah, I went by release dates not last ship dates :-)
I bought my TR shortly before it stopped shipping and it was the only 505 left ...
Of course with Sony, these things change so quickly that it is hard to keep up.
but they seem to be using losemodems pretty consistantly :/
I sucked it up and bought a pcmcia modem for the occasional time I actually need it (when travelling, basicly).
