Hi,

This patch is mostly a cleanup of dom_fw.c. I have added comments, new structure. The memmap handling for dom0 is now grouped which is IMHO more clear.

Also, hypercall stubs and fw tables now only use 1 page instead of 2 MB. This saves memory a little bit!

I have also fixed two bugs: sal systab checksum and memory type for fw table area.

Applied. I had to add back the dom0 passthrough for EFI_RESERVED_TYPE memory. I have at least one system that uses that range for ACPI tables, so it was rather unhappy booting without that range mapped. Thanks,

Argh, Ok. I though RESERVED was unused (at least according to the spec !)
